Gerard Staudt

Senior Managing Director and
Head Dispositions, North America
For 28 years, Gerard was an employee, senior leader, Managing Director and Vice President at Johnson Controls, Citibank and Nippon Life Insurance, creating and leading on-time solutions for major complicate US and Global Dispositions. Gerard started his career as a leasing broker in Manhattan, disposing of surplus real estate.

Gerard Staudt is Senior Managing Director and Head of Dispositions, North America. Gerard’s team is one hundred percent focused on delivering on-time cash for the disposition of challenging surplus real estate, primarily through unique and proven subleasing and sales processes. Gerard has led surplus disposition teams and delivered 4,000 transactions, 50 million square feet with $8 billion in transaction value in this dedicated disposition (sales and leasing) of surplus real estate including United Technologies, York, Chemtura, Motorola, Verizon, Dell, Johnson Controls, IMS, Citibank as well as smaller organizations. Gerard has a consistent track record of delivering on aggressive financial targets for surplus real estate and building trust relationships with all stakeholders through transparent communications.

Gerard is a seasoned corporate real estate leader with deep experience identifying and solving challenging problems for all stakeholders. He is laser-focused on driving on-time cash for Fortune 500 companies through managing transactions, facilities, projects and outsourcing, all aligned with stakeholders’ goals.  Gerard joined Savills in 2019 after serving as president of CoreDispo (Corporate Real Estate Dispositions Inc.), an independent company focused on delivering on-time surplus real estate disposition transactions through leases, sales and saleleasebacks. Before starting CoreDispo, he founded and led global dispositions at Johnson Controls’ GWS/CBRE for 16 years. Prior to that, he was vice president of corporate real estate at Citibank and assistant vice president at Nippon Life
Insurance Properties, responsible for repositioning, leasing and selling real estate with value exceeding $6 billion. Gerard’s career began as a Manhattan leasing broker at Cross & Brown and director of leasing at First Winthrop Properties for 19 major Manhattan
office and retail towers.

Michael O’Brien

Michael O’Brien is an Assistant Director on the Savills Dispositions team, North America. The Savills Dispositions team is one hundred percent focused on delivering on time cashflow for the disposition of challenging surplus real estate, primarily through unique and proven subleasing and sales processes.

Michael has exceeded expectations for his clients utilizing his team’s proven and effective Disposition process for sales, subleases, and sale-leasebacks maximizing both timing and value for all transactions. Michael has and continues to work with prominent organizations such as Marmon (a Berkshire Hathaway company), One Call, and DS Smith. Michael specializes in building financial models for recovery analysis on Subleases, Early Termination

Nick Godino

Assistant Director
Nick Godino is an Assistant Director on the Savills Dispositions team, North America. The Savills Dispositions team is one hundred percent focused on delivering on time cashflow for the disposition of challenging surplus real estate, primarily through unique and proven subleasing and sales processes.

On the dispositions team Nick has performed above and beyond for his clients utilizing effective subleasing and sales tactics and insuring constant and clear communication throughout. Nick has and continues to work with prominent organizations such as Marmon (a Berkshire Hathaway company), Marsh McLennan and DS Smith. Nick specializes in lease and rent roll analysis and client communication operations.

Nick joined Savills in early 2022 after spending 2.5 years as a commercial real estate credit analyst at TD Bank. Prior to TD Bank Nick worked as an acquisitions analyst at Collaborative Group and founded his own residential real estate leasing company in which he helped NYC college students move out of their school dormitories and into Manhattan apartments. Nick graduated from Baruch College in 2019 with a Bachelors in Finance where he played collegiate volleyball and led his team to a conference championship and earned conference MVP honors.

Riley Howe

Riley is an Associate leader on the Savills North America Dispositions team, which is exclusively focused on delivering on-time cash for complex transactions including surplus real estate through strategic sales and sale-leasebacks. Riley consistently drives strong results by leveraging his team’s proven process to maximize value and timing across all transaction types. He has worked with lead organizations on transactions including Pitney Bowes, Marmon (a Berkshire Hathaway company), and Lakeshore Recycling Systems, providing tailored real estate solutions aligned with their business goals. With a specialization in market research and trend analysis, Riley optimizes buyer and investor procurement strategies to ensure informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
